Yo man, just throwing it out there, the .NET program that you compiled is not an operating system. To go as basic as you possibly can in defining an OS, you need a kernel.

You also need to fix the deployment files, as with the files you provided, it's impossible to install the program.

...Also, whoever voted for Ubuntu in the poll needs to widen their perspective. Sure, Ubuntu provides a functional average desktop environment, but the command line is nowhere near advanced as that of Red Hat Enterprise or Gentoo, reducing functionality dramatically. If Red Hat had the compatibility of Windows in a desktop environment, I would recommend exclusive use of it.
